Shipping & Returns

We try to ship as quickly and professionally as possible.
We ship 6 days a week in order to provide the fastest order fulfillment time possible.  Please factor in holidays when placing an order, we can't ship when USPS, UPS, or FedEx do not pick up.

Because we ship so fast, make sure that the order you are placing is correct and complete.  If you want us to hold shipment for any reason at all please contact us at: service@championcard.com

Buyer always pays return shipping.

If an item is defective please call us directly (845)462-9292 so that we can take the appropriate action or let you know the proper place to make the return.   Depending upon your geographic location we may ask the manufacturer or the product to ship a replacement directly to you as opposed to having you pay the return shipping.
